UoB Management reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Mug Club program at any time without notice or refund.
UoB Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest, regardless of their membership in the Mug Club program.
UoB shall not be held responsible for loss or damage incurred while a member's mug is checked out (ID is scanned in). There is a replacement fee for a replacement mug.
All full-priced 16oz (pint) beers are available in your 22oz mug for no additional charge. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, specials, coupons, or discounts such as Happy Hour.
Members caught sharing their Mug Club ID and other Mug Club benefits with other patrons may have their membership revoked without a refund.
All sales are final. By purchasing a Mug Club 2024 membership you recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund, exchange, or transfer of ownership for any purchase under any circumstances.
You must present your valid "Mug Club ID" (Follow the link sent in your registration email to register your ID) to a University of Beer bartender to retrieve your Mug.
The Mug Club 2024 Program will be available from January 1st, 2024 through December 31st, 2024.
Spin the Wheel Promotion:
1. Introduction
Overview: University of Beer Mug Club Spin The Wheel (“Promotion”) is a daily prize reward designed to add value for our loyal members & participants (“You”). By have a chance to win prizes and discounts by logging on through the Mug Club app.
Acceptance of Terms: State that by entering the sweepstakes and participating in the promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Eligibility: The Promotion is open to individuals who are: legal residents of the 50 US States, at least 21 years old at the time of entry, and are physically located in the United States at the time of entry.
Duration: The promotion runs during the Mug Club Promotion Period 1/1/2024 – 12/31/2024.
Frequency of Entry: Participants may enter the promotion at a maximum of once per day. This ‘Once Per Day’ period resets every 24 hours after the last entry was made. If you attempt to exceed the entry limits through the use of multiple accounts, devices, identities, or by any other means, your entries may be void, and you may be disqualified from the Promotion. The use of any robot, computer program, entry services, or similar entry method is prohibited and may void your entries, and you may be disqualified from the promotion.
3. How to Enter
Entry Method: Mug Club Members may enter the promotion by logging into their account in the Mug Club App by navigating to the Spin the Wheel Icon and clicking the “Spin” button to enter. You will receive an immediate notification of a winning outcome. Which must be redeemed on-site within 5 minutes of receiving the notification.
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. To apply without purchase, send a letter containing your first & last name, phone number, email, address, and a statement requesting to enter the promotion to our corporate mailing address below. By applying without purchase you agree to be notified either by mail or digitally with your results and with instructions for prize redemption (message and data rates may apply to the use of a mobile device to participate in the promotion).
4. Prizes
Description of prizes: the following prizes can be won in the promotion.
1/3 Chance – No Winnings
1/12 Chance - Complementary Mangonada House Cocktail.
1/12 Chance - Complementary Tom 'The Dragon Fruit Slayer" Collins House Cocktail.
1/6 Chance – Send a stranger a free house shooter. The person receiving the beer must be able to receive the prize (e.g. must be at least 21 years of age). The goal of this specific prize is to promote community building and shared social experiences, we kindly ask that you do not send the free beer to your friends, partners, or other associates, but to a genuine stranger.
1/6 Chance – 50% off any Merchandise item. Merchandise items include but are not limited to T-shirts, Hats, Tank Tops, Sweaters, etc.).
1/6 Chance - $1 Jameson Shot only applies to single shots of Jameson.
No Transfer or Exchange: Under no conditions may prizes be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Prizes and the chance of prizes may be adjusted, changed, removed, or added at any time at the sole discretion of the sponsor without notice for any reason.
No double discounts: Under no circumstances may prizes be combined with other discounts, or promotions.
Redemption: Prizes must be redeemed in-store and only for Dine-In purchases. Prizes must be redeemed within 5 minutes of winning by showing the on-screen voucher to your bartender/server. Any prizes not redeemed according to the terms and conditions are void and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or reissued for any reason. Prizes cannot stack and may not be accumulated. Only one prize may be used per guest per day.
5. General Conditions
Compliance with Laws: University of Beer and its promotion comply with all state and federal laws related to the promotion. Promotion is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and Sponsor’s Terms of Service. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion for any reason and at its sole discretion with or without notification to participants.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liability Release: By participating in the Promotion You release the sponsor from, any claims or liability that may arise, directly or indirectly, out of Your participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including for any problems related to technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer systems, servers, providers, computer hardware, software, or phone lines, congestion on the internet or any website/app, unauthorized intervention, viruses, maintenance or any other technical problems; failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected communications regardless of the cause which may limit a person’s ability to participate in the Promotion; errors in the administration of the Promotion, the announcement of any prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; printing or human error; and any injury or damage to persons or property and under no circumstances will Sponsor be responsible for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages, including direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential.

Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms above.
